Bachelorette Frog Miniature Taco Bowls

You will need:
Cooking spray
Wonton wrappers (mine were in the produce section next to the tofu and Smart Dogs and stuff)
Boca or Morningstar crumbles
Taco seasoning
Shredded cheese

Optional ingredients:
Sour cream
Salsa
Cilantro
I don't know, man. Whatever you like on tacos, its a personal thing.
Step 2: Lay two wonton wrappers in the muffin pan, so that the bottom of the cup is covered, and as much of the sides is covered as you can. There will be little gaps, and some will hang over the top, that's okay.

Step 3: Open your bag of Boca crumbles, pour in the packet of taco seasoning. Close it back up, shake it around. Boom, seasoned. If you'd like, you can also do this with ground beef, cooking and seasoning it on the stovetop. However, my way is easier, cooks faster, is cheaper, has less calories, and tastes exactly the same. So lets be real, do it my way.
Step 4: Scoop the seasoned crumbles into the wonton wrapper cups. They don't expand or rise or anything, so you can fill them all the way to the top.
Step 5: Sprinkle with cheese

Step 6: Bake for 4-5 minutes, just until cheese is melted and wonton wrappers are browning at the edges. With Boca crumbles, they don't need to be cooked as much as they do heated through, so a few minutes in the oven is all they need. If they were frozen solid, it helps to let them defrost a bit first.
That's literally it. Lay down some wrappers, fill them with taco filling, sprinkle with cheese and you will be eating them in under five minutes. I topped mine with some salsa and sour cream first, but they're delicious just on their own. This recipe yields 24 taco cups.

This whole post read a little bit like some Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee, so feel free to add in as much cocktail time as you can in the 4-5 minutes it takes to bake these babies.
